Equipment Rental Information
What is needed to rent?
We require a valid photo ID, signed rental agreement, valid card on file, and sometimes a copy of your auto liability insurance.
Do you offer half-day rentals?
We only offer full-day rentals and charge accordingly. However, you are welcome to bring the machine back if you are done earlier.
How many hours are included in a day rental?
You get 24 hours with the machine but are only allotted eight-run hours. We will charge per hour if you exceed the eight included hours.
What happens if a tool breaks down while I'm using it??
We only rent newer machines to try and ensure their uptime, but occasionally, equipment breaks down. If our machine is not operational during your rental period, we will dispatch a team member to make the repair as fast as possible and adjust your rental period accordingly. Customers are responsible for theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, intentional acts, and/or failure to follow proper use and care instructions provided for the equipment.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery within a 60-mile radius of our location. Customers are also welcome to pick up the equipment themselves.
What types of equipment does Blue Ribbon Rentals rent?
Our most popular rentals are earthmoving, concrete and masonry, trenching, landscaping and forestry, lifts, trailers, and dumpsters.
